We don’t offer any refunds, cancelations or modifications once your order has been placed.
If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us right away withiut delay and we will mke it right. Perhaps your bath bombs didn’t make it through shipping and they arrived busted and broken, we will send out replacements at our discretion to make it right.
Once you have placed your order, it is considered valid and it will be fulfilled. We do not allow any changes once your order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding on this.
Coupons
If you placed an order before applying a coupon, try placing another order using that coupon for future savings on something else, as we are unable to retroactively apply a coupon to an order that has been already placed. Once you have placed an order, it is considered valid and it will be fulfilled.
Refunds
We don’t offer any refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Shipping returns
To replace your product, you must contact us first.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
